Working with Rick was enjoyable and enlightening. An expert on "organizations as political systems," he keenly identified human behaviors that were influential on the acceptance or resistance to change. Rick is the exemplary coach/manager who made it comfortable to learn and sharpen my skills while giving me the opportunity to practice in 'real-time.' His wisdom, breadth of experience, and practical approach to organizations are key assets for organizations to tap in to. His expertise with creating and sustaining learning systems and integrating them into an organization are valuable for the achievement of organizational outcomes. |
Rick is a superb consultant who builds relationships and delivers results. I recommended Rick to facilitate the re-design of a major global organization where I served as the consultant to the Senior Management Team. Rick was masterful in moving this company through the change process. His persistent and well-timed approach kept all key stakeholders involved, holding their feet to the fire, and supporting them through each step of a complex process. He is an expert in organizational design and change management. |
